It was an afternoon in SoHo well spent with this very mild mannered and pleasant physician, Katalin. A native of southern Hungary, she’s been living in New York for 12 years and has no plans on leaving the comforts and amenities that the city has to offer. She resides in the Upper East side so a quick trip downtown for some photos was a welcome change of scenery for Katalin.
How cute is it that this couple actually met in the area where they had their shoot?! They also specifically asked for a few photos on the bench where they had their first date.
I met up with Boram and her boyfriend on a clammy and cloudy Tuesday afternoon for our shoot in Dumbo. These two marketing consultants from Seoul, South Korea were making the best out of their vacation to the New York area despite the dreary Spring weather that we’ve been experiencing lately. The persistent drizzle made our photoshoot slightly challenging but it kept the usual crowds that frequent the area at bay. It did at least provide for some beautiful natural light in most of our photos.
I collaborated with Mariana to make her first ever photoshoot a great experience as she concludes a 3 month study stint in New York City. We found ourselves in TriBeCa on a mild and cloudy afternoon which were all the ingredients needed for a sweet session. As we walked and talked we quickly connected over our passion for traveling and immersing ourselves in different cities.
We live, love, breathe New York City and photography. We’re a team of passionate photographers who love telling stories with portraits of a variety of people – locals, tourists, couples, and families.
