Stephanie and Vic live right here in NYC but are getting married in Texas and India this year! They wanted to celebrate their New York style with a session. The IHNY session began with a crazy downpour that delayed us a few minutes but afterwards the sun was shining brightly on the glistening streets of the city. Perfection!
What an exciting day for love! At IHNY we have absolutely been honored to be such a big part of the celebrations of love whether it’s an elopement, an anniversary or just for fun session!
We don’t say this nearly enough but it truly such a wonderful experience for us as your photographers to capture these special moments in your life. This is a big THANK YOU to every single person who’s let us into their lives for an hour or two and let us capture your spirit. We just love that these special celebrations are something we can all EQUALLY enjoy!
Thank you and #LOVEWINS!
Raana and Fady are tango dancers so what better way to add some extra flavor to this surprise proposal than a few awesome moves! Fady surprised Raana with a walk in Central Park’s Bethesda Fountain where he stopped and popped the question.
After these two Skyped their families in Syria and Lebanon to share the good news we took some fun portraits around the park.
On top of this romantic proposal Fady also took over a park performer’s piano to serenade is bride to be! So romantic!
Every bride and groom’s fear (well mostly the bride) is that it’s going to rain on their wedding day… and with Samantha and Will it actually happened but somehow not at the times we were outside! Samantha and Will were married at the Knoll Country Club in New Jersey with their friends and family all around! During the ceremony it started to sprinkle and not even 15 minutes after everyone was under the tent for cocktail hour it was pouring. Everyone danced the night away before the rain let up enough for a grand sparkler exit! So fun!
We live, love, breathe New York City and photography. We’re a team of passionate photographers who love telling stories with portraits of a variety of people – locals, tourists, couples, and families.
